Cynthia Winters-May joins Heart-Forward as Chief Financial Officer, with 35 years of practical experience in finance and operations. Her understanding of complex finances and long-term financial planning ensures the organization’s resources are stewarded with integrity and care.

Cynthia has strategically collaborated with various non-profits in Napa Valley, the Bay Area and Southern California. Her work with these agencies has contributed to successful engagement with their supporting communities.  

Her nonprofit experience will significantly benefit Heart-Forward, and we are excited to have her on board.

Personally dedicated to holistic wellbeing, Cynthia has spent recent years balancing her financial, physical, mental, and spiritual health and is passionate about guiding others on their wellness journeys.
